What a year it has been for FarmHouse ATZ at Ohio State!
This past year’s chapter executive board put in plenty of hours of hard work that eventually resulted in significant recognition by FarmHouse International. Our chapter was awarded the Community Service Excellence award, recognizing the most community service hours put in by any chapter. Overall, chapter members put in many hours of community service.
The chapter also received an award recognizing our three-star Excelsior achievements over the two previous semesters. In addition, our chapter was in close contention for the Ruby Cup but came up short while still receiving the Most Improved Chapter Award. Finally, chapter members received the following individual awards from FarmHouse International:
- Past chapter president, Matthew Klopfenstein, received the President of the Year award; and
- Five of the 17 scholarships awarded by FarmHouse International were given to FarmHouse ATZ members, including Caleb Hickman, Jack Korenyi-Both, Matthew Klopfenstein, Milan Pozderac and Michael Trombetta.
We are incredibly proud of the efforts put forth throughout the last few years and we look forward to the future. Overall, the chapter has been continuing to work towards our goals even as we navigate the ongoing situation with COVID.
Keep on the lookout for an update on the chapter’s achievements in the coming months!
